The City, EC2 for GOODMAN RESTAURANTS
Goodman have created a chain of Steakhouses in London specialising in cut to order, dry-aged beef. hcm interiors have delivered two of these, at Old Jewry and Canary Wharf.
3 Chapel Place, London W1 for GOODMAN RESTAURANTS
Beast is a specialist restaurant in Marylebone, West London, specialising in the serving of Norwegian King Crab & Nebraskan Steak.
hcm interiors undertook the project to convert a basement close to Oxford Street into this airy, elegant, almost unique, eatery, where King Crabs are kept in glass tanks in order that they are fresh for the table. Similarly the glass-fronted meat hanging
cabinets are also in full view of the diners.
Doncaster Lakeside for NANDO’S
The works undertaken involved the fit out of a newly constructed shell to provide a striking restaurant, in accordance with Nando’s policy of creating a unique identity for each of their outlets.

Opened in 2005, The Hand and Flowers became, in 2011, the first public house to be awarded two stars in the Michelin Guide. Tom and Beth subsequently appointed hcm interiors for two further projects; The Coach and Apple House
Binney Street, Mayfair W1 for GOODMAN RESTAURANTS
Smack Deli is Goodman’s fast food and fine dining concept, to compliment the Burger and Lobster range of restaurants. The focus here is on lobster rolls, served as a takeaway or as a sit-down meal.
Diners are able to pour themselves a glass of wine from the vats in the cellar bar.
